What made you apply for the grant?
The motivation behind applying for the grant was based on the personal desire to validate my knowledge and academic expertise at the international level, and especially from the perspective of the impact on the UPS’ educational audiences.
What do you expect from the program?
The main expectations following the program are related to the opportunities offered by adapting didactic strategies, learning from UPS academic experience, and building lasting ties with the UPS academic community.
What role does this grant play in your professional career?
Certainly, the grant contributes to the improvement of the academic experience and international visibility, which are essential requirements of personal recognition as a professor at the “Nicolae Bălcescu” Land Forces Academy of Sibiu as well as a PhD coordinator at the “Carol I” National Defense University of Bucharest.
