What made you apply for the grant?
I applied for the Ludovika Scholars Program because it offers a unique opportunity to engage in scholarly exchange with Hungarian experts, particularly in the field of legal technology and digital governance. My background combines law and technology, and I am deeply invested in the development of rule-based AI systems for public sector efficiency. This program aligns perfectly with my research interests and professional goals, providing a platform to share my experience and learn from a new academic environment. As a representative of Business and Technology University in Tbilisi, Georgia, I see this as a chance to build bridges between our institutions.
What do you expect from the program?
From the program, I expect a mutually enriching exchange of knowledge and practices related to digital public governance. I look forward to collaborating with fellow scholars, delivering public lectures, and hosting interactive workshops on machine-executable regulations. I also hope to explore how Hungarian institutions are incorporating legal technologies and contribute to comparative discussions on public sector digitalization.
What role does this grant play in your professional career?
This grant plays a very important role in advancing my academic and professional goals. It enables me to expand my international network and contribute to global conversations on AI-driven governance. It also provides a platform for future collaborations, such as joint publications and journal contributions. I am honored to bring Georgian academic perspectives into this international dialogue. I am sincerely grateful for this opportunity, and I highly value the professionalism and excellent organization of the program.
