What made you apply for the grant?

- Well, I think that Hungary and the region have so many open possibilities for collaboration and working on many aspects of social life where we could work together. Furthermore, Ludovika University has great conditions for work and research, so through the Program I was sure I would be able to use the resources and that it would help in my professional development. Of course, here is the moment of academic exchange, networking and meeting colleagues from the Faculty for Law Enforcement, and exchange opinions of what we work now, and ideas about what we could work on in the future. And last, but not least, a week in Budapest is always a very good reason for applying.

What do you expect from the program?

- I would say learning more about the Hungarian high education system, addressing common challenges through collaboration, meeting colleagues, fruitful discussions about possible research and our scientific interests, and of course, bringing and applying best practices back home.

What role does this grant play in your professional career?

- It will help me in widening my network of future collaborators, I could also get new ideas for future projects and research in a regional format, it will enhance my international experience, and I will be part of a network in a program that will most definitely be recognized even more in the future.
